I have a healthy lifestyle .I get up early to do exercise .I like running most,it can make me energetic,therefore having a good study capacity..After school,I sometimes watch TV for relaxation.As for food,I eat vegetables and fruit quite often.I always drink milk before sleep.Then I can enjoy a sweet dream.My lifestyle helps me stay healthy and get good grades.
