Use and installation
This product applies to the exchange of electric power supply network,the use of ambient temperature range of 40 degrees Celsius to 55 degrees Celsius.
First lamp at the time of installation of lights and then connecting cables Lead-out Device access,the final site will be fixed to the ceiling or the beam.
Lead-out Device cable access
If configured to DC constant current drive power,mining cables Lead-out Device red lights to cathode,anode-line access.
If configured to AC / DC constant current drive power,mining lamps earth grounding cable Lead-out Device (grounding indicated)
Inspection After that,connect power,lighting can work.
Installation
Open boxes,and lights out of the lamp,lamp mounting holes at the lights of the screw sets fixed income,after all sets by rotating clockwise direction place and the screws tightened.
Lampshade lamp will be installed up to down,hand-release latch to remove power boxes,hanging out in the packaging of hooks and power lines,power lines will be set into the hole piercing and hanging hooks into gaskets,silicone sealing block and then through the electrical box mounting holes.
Power lines and power will board the connecting blocks,and then covered with electrical box and lock locking (Note:Do not pressure line),the final will be hanging hook screw into electrical boxes installed screw holes,tightening later M4 * 8 hanging hook-locking screw-tightening.
Hoisting after hanging hooks with M5 * 16-shedding screw fixation.
Transportation,storage requirements
AIDMO lights for carton packaging,in the transport process allowed by mechanical shock and intense heat and rain,not inverted,throwing prevent crashed roller,heavy pressure.
AIDMO lights should be stored in a cool dry cleaner environment,the storage temperature of 20 degrees Celsius to 40 degrees Celsius.
Unpacking and inspection
Mining lamp check whether there is a loosening of the site phenomenon.
