Age is a very important factor of the second language leaning. At the very beginning, this article review the conception and some influence l studies of the second language; then it arguing from the psychosomatic, cognitive, and emotional factors, makes analysis of the advantages and disadvantages between the children and the adult when they study the second language, and makes a conclusion that English as the second language of China is not good to be learnt early. In the end of this article, the author uses some theories on the mathematics to give play to its advantages and disadvantages in different ages, and combine with the learning realities to elaborate the influence and inspirations of the age factor of the second language learning.
