学生会要组织一次英语讲座（English lecture）。假如你是学生会干部，请你用英语写一则通知，内容如下：
1 .讲座题目： 学习英语的重要性
2. 演讲者： 北京大学怀特教授（Professor White）
3. 讲座时间： 10月27日， 周四下午2：30-4:30
4．地点：学校体育馆 (stadium)
5. 注意事项：散会后回教室，就报告内容开展讨论，并制定出各自的英语学习计划；
Notice
There will be an English lecture on the importance of English learning by Professor White from Beijing University. It will be given in the stadium from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm on Friday October 27. All the students are expected to attend it on time. After the lecture Please go back to your classrooms and have a discussion on the report. Every student is asked/ required to make a plan for learning English well.
