We all want to grow up happily and healthily and for this goal we must do several things as follows:

Firstly we should develop a positive attitude towards life. Life consists of not only sunshine but also hard times. We should be brave when faced with difficulties.

What’s more we should take regular exercise to keep fit such as running swimming playing basketball and so on. Meanwhile we also need keep a balanced diet.
