the first of all, I'm ok that having one take care planning and sequence management as your request, then expand them if necessary .
second,there is no evident effect that design DBOM can be strongly useful to ERP , which is made by designing department. What we need is MBOM(不知道这是什么BOM,BOM分类有PBOM EBOM和DBOM..), it can take on process order, time , quantity and wastage, and can be detailed by designing department as our requirement. This department is not responsible for this kind of job at this period of time, this condition we had talked over. however, one has settled on this position, but need more time to figure it out , but now we failed.
The last,we all know the importance of quality, but now we can just control the process of manufacture and the material throw our ERP system.
