It is shown in the chart that none of them spend much time reading, as the hours spent by the students of senior 1 per week on average reach only 7，while the senior 2 spend even 3 hours fewer, as for the senior 3 students, the time is so little that just 2.
Reasons for this case are various. Firstly, it is their heavy load on study that to blame. With more and more assignment to be finished, students have less and less spare time for reading as their grades rise.Besides, their ignoring the importance of reading also contributes to it!
As far as I’m concerned, to better this situation, the school should lighten students’ burden, meanwhile, students themselves should attach great attention to reading to make it a part of life, which equals to study.
