Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to make a complaint about the English-Chinese dictionary that I bought in your bookstore. I bought the dictionary on April 19 , which cost me 300yuan. Returning home , I opened it ,only to find that more than twenty pages were missing .What’s more ,some contents were printed so poorly that I can’t use it .This is against all expectations and it also makes me very annoyed.
