Third, strong ability to adapt to new environment and the ability to solve problem can help to handle different kinds of emergency issues. Fourth, team work is also very important. However, for new graduates, it's really hard for you to plan your career due to lacking of experience. In order to make correct decision, you need to find out the purpose of your work. Only for eking out a living? Of course not. It's really important to obtain accomplishment. If you think the job is not in line with your desire, it's better to give up soon. The most important thing of the first job is to accumulate experience. Every new comer should take the opportunity in the first job to make a try so as to find out development direction and know about his advantage and disadvantage. Besides, plan should be made in advance before the first job is taken. You need to learn from the try out experience even if you are not satisfied with the first job. In your first job, you can enhance your ability to adapt to your job and career. The experience accumulated in the first job and the fortune collected from it are very precious.
