As for ABC company's business,they tough in the market competition this year,so they buy some chemical material made in China to reduce the production cost.The condition seems better in Sep and they made booking on 25th,Sep after we tried our best to advise each boss in ABC.The enviroment dight has finished now,so I think it is OK for our company to make a booking every two months.
