Should people be fined if they smoke in public places?
I don't agree this,even it is a really bad manner.When you saw someone who was smoking in the public place,you may remind them do not to smoke in that place.Try to be polite when you are suggesting them.Based on my experience,if you remind them,they may stop smoking,and say sorry to you.
Atucally,in some cities,people will be fined if they smoke in pulic places.Those people may complain about the rule even they agreed to pay the penalty.They may find another place to smoke,in order to aviod some eyes watching.
The base idea is persuading them firstly,by telling them smoking is unhealthy to themselves and people around them,for their own benefits,they'd better to give up smoking.

I would like to find a job after graduation.
As you kown,I spent almost 20 years in the school,I really want to learn more things from outside.I will find a job related to my major or my habbit.During the job,I may find out my strengths and weakness,and find out what I haven't learn in the school.And learn things really useful to my whole career life.
Just guess,if I still spend another 3 years or 2 years for further study,after the future graduation.I still need to find a job,maybe I will find the job doesn't need all knowledges I have learn in school,maybe undergraduate degree is enough.
Therefore,after graduation,I would like to find a job first,maybe,at the end I find out I am lack for some theoritical konwledge,I still have time to go back to school to do further study,at that time,I will know extacly what I want to learn.That will be great.
