Martial Arts is a sport that created and gradually formed in the long history development of Chinese nation.
在第一次活动中,社长为我们通俗的介绍了一下武术：通过参加这个社团,我意识到,无数不仅是一种外在的强身健体的运动,更是一种精神的培养!
In the first session,the director (or president) presented an introduction of common sense of Martial Arts.After joining this society,I understood that Martial Arts is not only an outdoor sport,but more it means is about the spirit inside.
