I'm a student from China... I apologize to you for my belated reply due to an operation last afternoon. After the accident, I stayed 2 days in a hospital of South Korea. And then I was took by my parents to China for treatment. Here 2 hospital certificates (in Chinese and English versions) are attached. I feel very sorry to trouble you.
