I am a customer who regularly buy something from your online store,I am completely disappointed to find that the service you provide is far from satisfactory.
I am referring to this thing that I just bought an electronic dictionary from your online store last week,but there are some problems with it.Firstly,the dictionary is broken when I received it .Secondly ,the battery needs charging after only two hours of use.
Therefore,something must be done to solve the problems,because they bring me much trouble in my study.You can either compensate me at a reasonable price or alternatively send me a new machine by express mail.Lastly,please tell me which solution you prefer at you earliest convenience.
