1.Responsible to support President's daily work including projects/tasks/reports reminding and following-up,industry information filtering,meetings and business travel arrangements,etc.
2.Plan,schedule,organize and coordinate meetings/conference call attended by President and management team.
3.Assist President with preparation of presentation materials.Updates the senior management organization charts regularly.
4.Deal with all levels of internal management and staffs,as well as outside clients,associations and vendors effectively.Enhance the coordination,communication and teamwork of the management team.Supervises the execution of management team's decision and strategy.
5.Coordinate the corporate management visit in China including accommodation,transportation,internal review and customer meetings,etc.
6.Required a detailed knowledge of organizational operations,procedures and staff.Within guideline,make independent decisions regarding planning,organizing and schedule work.
7.May determine methods and procedures on new assignments and may provide guidance to other dept.admins.
