我在加拿大读了很多年书,每天都跟外国人交流所以相信我吧.
他说了"agent （不是 isn't） confirmed,good morning Mr.Hunt"
It wasn't "isn't" ,it was actually "agent" Hopefully,what i said was helpful in some way or the other.Good luck studying English.I really recommend you to watch some English movies.
