In the coming one-year retail trainee program, I hope I can learn supervisory and technical skills in alignment with the company's political institution and development strategies. More precisely , the skills and experience in merchandising, advertising, inventory, bookkeeping and human resources which will position me for advancement in my career is what would improve my vocational qulities in retail.
All above is necessary, but not sufficint. I would also want to strengthen certain fundamental skills in the retail trainee program. Excellent communication skills, organization capability, multi-tasking and problem-solving ability will help me to work well under pressures , carrying substantial weight,and to become a competent an well-trained person on retail . 如能充实内容会再加
