Abstracts:With the elevation of living standard,people attach more and more importance to community service of high quality and community environment.The competition of realty service market is becoming more and more fierce.How can realty service companies improve there own group management modes so as to balance the demands of proprietors and the purposes to keep profit for themselves is a difficult problem.In the following passage,I 'd like to analyze the management mode and put up with some opinions through an example of a realty service company in Fu Zhou.
