1.Training and instructing new employee;
2.Arranging the group of employee to complish daily duties;
3.Being capable to deal with, investgate and report the emergencies regarding EHS, quality and processing;
4.Harmonizing employee relationship as well as controlling the working atomosphere;
5.Developing the activity of 5S and improvement and organizing the woking team;
6.Developing work shift meeting;
7.Reporting performance with weekly PPT presentation;
8.Checking in the record sheet, attendance sheet, and eveluating employee's performance;
Working performance:
1.Accomplish the duties assigned by leader in time;
2.Do well in the process of communication between employee;
3.Accomplish the daily production plan and verify the quality and processing;
