I love to go to the falls
To watch the leaves of autumn
The colors are so beautiful to see
They have great meaning for me
Orange is for the golden sun
Green is for new life to come
Brown is for my memories
The crispness of the falling leaves
Is nature coming in my heart
As I watch I feel the mystery
For Jesus love in this world we see
The leaves of autumn touch the ground
Tall trees, I am surrounded, abode
As I look for the sky, I can smell the leaves
When I pass by, the birds fly high to me
Singing in the trees, the squirrels climb
Up on the roots, an old oak tree
With much to tell, God's art to be
Plays such a part, in the leaves I know
It is a very special season, as we go.
Autumn Season
Autumn season is here once again
Such pretty trees of red, yellow and gold
The autumn winds are strong and chilly,
As the leaves fall, it's a beauty to behold.
The leaves fall and break from the trees
Oh how nice steping on the crunchy leaves
Listening to the sound of the autumn wind,
God created everything from beginning to end.
Summer is over, the flowers have faded
The grass is not growing as tall
The leaves break and fall to the ground,
A shifting change, God's hand is in it all.
We know who holds the world in place
Who gently holds us in His hands
We too are living in the autumn of life,
Autumn winds blow, but God understands.
Yes, we feel the gentle chill of fall
We smell the scent of lovely flowers
With summer past and autumn here,
We give God thanks for His love and cheer.
夏天
summer time
Summer is a wonderful time with lush and lovely flowers
God's sprinkling system sends heavenly raindrop showers
Bee's pollinate the flowers and make honey
Birds feed their young and chirp when they're hungry
Gardner's and farmers cultivate their flowers and crops
Evening bunnies romp and certain eves have moonlit props
Each and every season God's new miracles begin
In all God's creations we can see Christ within
Miraculous gift of life even in the smallest detail
Whether it's a huge tree or in a tiny snail
Veins in the leaves, petals of flowers
Winding creeks and wondrous tomorrows
Hot humid days to swim in ponds
Trickling water sounds
Taste the berries
Scent that carries
All in summertime.
God made roses in the spring
To bloom their best effect,
Beautiful and fragrant
With a sweet magnificence.
They grow with joy up to the sun
Swaying gently in the breeze,
Puncturing the balmy air
With all the tenderness we need.
I wonder then, where we are set
For if roses have a perfect plan,
Then we, blossoming where we are
Have a gift to understand.
What wonder shall He have in mind
How He wants His own to be,
Fulfilling the special role
Chosen just for you and me.
And if He wants it to be different
He knows just what to change,
So I'll be happy in my garden bed
Serving His domain..
Then with my unique array of petals
In the blooming I must do,
I can be His little rosebud
Unfolding love to you.
Go pretty rose, go to my fair,
Go tell her all I fain would dare,
Tell her of hope; tell her of spring,
Tell her of all I fain would sing,
Oh! were I like thee, so fair a thing.

Loveliest of lovely things are they
On earth that soonest pass away.
The rose that lives its little hour
Is prized beyond the sculptured flower.
