Since the reform and opening up, the problem of people's standard of living has been the major concern of the Government, pension and medical basically are the top two priorities, of Which retirement pension issues directly affect the standard of living, and can not be ignored, it has been a focal point of the people's concerns, and very worthwhile for us to explore. It is for this reason, I want to be able to use my knowledge of statistics, to analyze the Pension System, and make a simple discussion and analysis for enterprise retirees.
This paper discusses the enterprise retirees pension model in the twenty-first century, China's economic situation, the establishment of methods, and analysis of the role and significance of this model. According to the current situation of China's national economy, I will compare the conclusions from this model with the situation of our country , analysis of the shortcomings of the old-age insurance system for domestic enterprises, some of the the recommendations of the pension insurance system.
