托福作文一篇，大神给批一下吧，打个分，30分制。谢谢！！题目：Do you agree or disagree the statement: people who cannot accept the criticism from others will not be successful at working. “If you don’t hear the suggestion from the experienced people, you will be closer to fail.” This is an old saying that everybody knows. That means if you don’t think carefully about other people’s idea, suggestion or criticism, you will meet some trouble or miss some quick way to success. Since I was very young, my mother had taught me this sentence (I believe most of Chinese parents will tell their child this quote). After that, I always keep humble personality, and it helps me a lot in my life. So I totally agree with the statement. First of all, the people who can receive criticism are intelligent, because they know what is important to them. “Wrong to change, Right to remind.” This quote means once you receive a criticism, if you really did the wrong things, just change or correct it; if you do not did the wrong things, you need to treat the criticism as a remind for you. Generally, criticism is useful and helpful for us. Moreover, in the working group, we need to learn how to keep the healthy relationship between our teammates. The rejection of criticism will lead more negative attitude for everybody in the group. The worse thing is group broken. So receiving and considering the criticism immediately is very important to maintain group’s atmosphere, and useful to increase the group efficiency. Not only these, thought the criticism can make you know more about your friends, another quote can explain this. “The person who can give you the key suggestions, criticisms, and warnings is worth to be a friend.” If your friend dares to say your fault directly, there is no doubt that the guy can be your best friend. In China, we call this kind of person “Zheng You”, which means a friend who willing to give forthright admonition. In the traditional culture, these friends are the key to success. To sum up, the people who can speak out the criticism for you always do not have spite. They just want to help you finish the work perfectly. People who cannot accept the criticism will lose many opportunities to improving. 好久不练了，30分钟才出了350字。。。
