Job satisfaction is a hot-debated issue of discussion because people spend a lot of hours in working.And definately,whether a job is satisfied is a very essential factor to the wellbeing of that person.
First of all,there are kinds of factors which contribute to job satisfaction.In my
opinion,the salary behaves an important factor because why people work is just the reason for a basic financial need.A high salary will absulutely provide people with a sense of fulfillment.Secondly,the environment also influent people's attitude towards their jobs.For example,staff who working in Google are free from some rules which restrict workers in other companies.What's more,what kind of job exactly is and how hard the work should be done both should be considered.And if a worker are doing theirs work totally with interests.Then the stress from work is much less to some extent while stress is huge in other companies.In additon,boring jobs are indeed unwelcomed by anyone because it would have a bad impact on people's normal life.
However,there can't be no disadvantages in any type of job.So let's back to realistic
topic.Everyone search for an idealistic job.But actually,how realistic is the expection of job satisfaction.I consider it depends on their abilities and how much profits they can make to the company.For instance,some workers plays an unneccesary role in company and they contribute little.As a result,salary can't be high and they have to finish a lot of boring assignments.So the expection will be eventually a little unrealistic for them.
In a nutshell,I think what position we will be in the future and how satisfied our jobs
will be depend on what we do today.I mean we should study more and make a big effort to earn a beautiful future.
