I like the National Day holidays.I like it because it spans over a few days.During the holidays,I like to watch the parade at the Square through the television.During this holidays there are also many sales offer by big department stores.I will go shopping with my girlfriend to see what we can buy.

Daily life is routine,but I always structure my daily routine with a special program.The daily routine is the daily wake-up,wash-up and head for work.Having the three daily mails near my workplace and return home for a wash-up.I will catch up some news from the papers or television before retiring for sleep,
To make my daily life colorful,my special program could be a special dinner with my friend,a visit to my mother,a movie at a cinema or a walk along the beach after work.

I have a hobby to keep me occupy during my leisure time.I collect postage stamps.
I collect stamps from all over the world.I arrange my stamps according to the countries from the continents.I have collected stamps that can filled up five big stamp albums.
Today,people communicated through e-mails or SMS,postal letter is getting less use,stamps usage are less.In order to get my stamps supply,I started making pen-pal friends from all over the world with stamp collecting interest.
Stamp collecting is a less popular hobby today,but I hope this interst should not be gone into 'exstinction'
4 Health and Habits
I am sixty years old.I am old but healthy
I have a routine life that include regular excersize and three balance meals every day.I wake up early and sleep early.My excersize routine is some light workout like slow jog,walking,or leisure swimming in the weekend.My balance meal must consist of fibres and some fruit juice.
To make sure my heal is in check,I went for yearly medical check-up.I also do not smoke,and over consume alcoholic drinks
