Writing is a more difficult skill among the foreign language skills.Besides the langusge focus,writing also has a close connection with discourse.Two terms and research field in the linguistic will be connected and linked up.In this text,I will begin with the present situation of foreign language teaching in the interal middle schools.On the basic of summarizing the connection of discourse and the conception of consecution theory,and the relationship between them,I briefly analyze the roles that connecting consecuting skills play in the middle school writing teaching application,as well as what are the edifications that this theory has given in the middle school English writing teaching.
